Rental Protection is charged as a daily rate equal to 10% of total equipment rental cost per day.  25% of the total insurance premium shall be refunded if equipment is returned unharmed.  The deposit is 100% of total invoice.  Terms and condistions may apply.

***All rates are negotiable and MUST be agreed upon PRIOR to service.  No rates are for direct shipper to consignee service (excluding local Pickups and Deliveries). All rates are calculated using mileage to delivery or from pickup whichever distance is greater.Fuel surcharge will apply. Check with King Events & Presentation Services for current rates or for updates and/or changes to rates. Rates and area specials are for any and all pickups/deliveries.Rates are calculated per rental order (deliniated by invoice). Regular pickups and deliveries are at convenience typically defined as "Normal Business Hours" (0800-1700).Transfers are in the event rental equipment is sent out of state by which pickup and delivery will be calculated both ways.

****Some zip codes in Texas span larger than normal areas and may turn into higher special rates or beyond points.  Areas that do not have zip codes listed are based on mileage from the Wolf Pack Air Freight's dock or recovery or consignee location.
